Campus Technology Support (CTS) is a subsection of Elon’s IT department. Their student employees are responsible for conducting routine checks on all the classrooms on Elon’s campus for technology errors. Student employees relied on shared spreadsheets and multiple forms to file and maintain reports. Frustrated with the process, CTS management reached out to create a simpler, streamlined solution to make their jobs easier.
